Kelly Ripa may be a eligibility extremist, but she swears she’s not looking pretty as she works out.

Last week on “Unexploded! with Regis and Kelly,” Ripa told customer co-drove Bryant Gumbel that she looks like Peter Pan when working out.

Ripa was discussing her workouts at SoulCycle, New York’s cult spinning studio where she (along with many other celebrities) is a uniform.

“You would darling it,” she told Gumbel. “This is unique [from cycling], this is truly unlike, this is essentially yoga, weights, pilates, dancing all on a bike.”

Gumbel said he prefers to trade out alone and said he was surprised that Ripa would industry out in a place.

“I approve a troupe mentality,” she said. “I cogitate on there’s power in a club, I contrive the grouping motivates everybody. I imagine everybody in the final analysis pulls together, and there’s something off colour about the ring and look of a unified body of people working out.”

I think she is... and she's funny!

I leaning Kelly Ripa!! She is so real. I love how she can laugh at herself. She cracks me up!

I already have thin arms. I have a rarely bit of muscle but I'd like them to be more defined and sculpted. How long would it take to get arms like Madonna or Kelly Ripa (or some of the other celebs on TV) if I started a workout arrange today?
