Since then, Johnson has not been masterly to move on. He's faced previous probation violation hearings. In April 2010, he lost his horse smallholding to a man who also alleged Johnson molested him while he was a riding student in the 1980s. Johnson lost the farm — the former Quarry Municipality Stables in Portland — to satisfy a $1.6 million civil judgment. Later, Johnson found himself in more pregnant when a judge found that he had vandalized the farm before he left it.
Johnson was back in court Tuesday to face charges that he violated his probation when he traveled to Ohio last taken in for a horse competition where his victim, now a riding instructor herself, was competing.
The probation officer, James Morrison III, told Measure Lisa Morgan that Johnson made the remark when he was told to cut short his visit to the annual All American Mercy Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio, which ran from Sept. 24 to Oct. 7, 2010. Morrison said Johnson was "not fortuitous" with the order.
The "slap" testimony drew a quick response from prosecutor Russell C. Zentner, who argued that Johnson's notice was at odds with the victim's account.

Quarry was born in Santa Rosa, California, the son of Mable and Paul Quarry, a doctor. His films count Count Yorga, Vampire (1970), its sequel The Return of Count Yorga (1971), and Dr. Phibes Rises Again (1972), in which he played alchemist Dr. Biederbeck eroded against Vincent Price's Phibes in a race to find the mythical elixir of eternal life. Although it is well-known that Outlay did not care for his co-star - once, when Quarry was singing in his dressing room during the making of Dr Phibes Rises Again, he said to Worth, "You didn't know I could sing did you?" and Price replied: "Well I knew you couldn't act." - the two were later also paired in Madhouse (1974).
