NAUGATUCK — Mr. Henry M. Klosenski, 81, of Naugatuck, passed away beginning Sunday evening July 24, 2011 at the Hilltop Health Center in Ansonia. He was the husband of the current Ann Marie (Devlin) Klosenski.
Mr. Klosenski was born in Seymour, Mar. 27, 1930, a son of the late Henry M. Klosenski, Sr. and the late Marion (Quinn) Klosenski and had in days of old lived in Beacon Falls for about 24 years, moving to Naugatuck 24 years ago. He retired in 1990 from Sherwood Medical after 10 years of overhaul. He was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church. His hobbies included Fishing and Archery and in 1969 he won the Grandeur Championship competition.
He leaves his children, two sons, John M. Klosenski of York, Me. and Brian P. Klosenski of Naugatuck; two daughters, Karen Oliver of California and Maryann Jennings of Oxford; one sister, Shelia Givens of Hamden; 12 grandchildren and 5 significant-grandchildren.
His funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8:30 am from the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 2201 Meadow-land St. and proceed to St. Francis of Assisi, 318 Church St. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, Seymour. Friends may call at the cremation home on Tuesday July 26
