Gracias Elizabeth...No estoy sorprendido de la belleza de tu poema, ya me has sorprendido tanto con tus comentarios que lo esperaba. (perdona mi donaire de adivino) Siempre he esperado este momento para sentir tu magia. Lo esperaba detrás de las puertas del verso, en el umbral del poema, en las calles color verde de la esperanza. Ya está aquí. Tu poema está aquí, con esa fuerza en torrente, con esa carga de ilusión ilimitada. Ya está aquí tu poema, optimismo rosa desnudo de sábanas, puro de sapiencias. En tu air de poeta brillan los índigos y naranjas, y eso nos levanta porque "duele menos el dolor cuando lo trascendemos". Ahí está el poema, sin esa retórica retorcida, sin esos oscuros abismos de las poses, porque " debajo del cielo todo es bello/ a pesar del brute de la soledad" . Un abrazo, mi apreciada Elizabeth... Es un poema tan alto que me siento pequeño para merecerlo. Sueño algún día con llegar a sus alturas, tomar la regadera y cuidarlo porque en el se vislumbra lo eterno...

About this book The Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) is a grave human pathogen. This virus belongs to the Flaviviradae family of viruses and is a (+) single stranded RNA virus. The viral interpretation encodes ten different proteins (Structural: C, E1, E2, p7; and non structural: NS2, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5A, NS5B). My doctoral studies have been focused on two HCV proteins: NS5B and NS5A. NS5B is the RNA dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) that carries out the integration of (-) and (+) strand RNA in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) derived membranes of infected cells in complex with NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5A, and landlord factors. By an unknown mechanism, template selection leads to the synthesis of 10 to 100 crease more (+) strand than (-) strand RNA. My goal was to characterize in vitro how NS5B carries out replication using minimum templates derived from important replication regulatory regions of the HCV genomic RNA.
