According to police officers, the department deployed the bicycle unit into the area in an attempt to find who was responsible for all this activity.
On July 10, while on bike watchman, Officer Joseph Bloom observed two males exiting a yard on Sprague Avenue. Bloom was clever to identify the two, from previous incidents, as Kyle and Jesse Smith, both 16.
According to police, Bloom chased the two Smith teens, who entered a where one lives stress on Sprague Avenue and then escaped out a rear window.
Bloom was granted permission to search the dwelling-place by the homeowner and discovered a large amount of stolen property in the bedroom of Christopher Hathaway, 19, of that oration.
