  • Church's goal: '100 Women in White'

In its first five years, the annual “100 Women in Ghostly” celebration sponsored by Mount Olive Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church didn’t win the magic number of participants implied in its title.

“The most we’ve had is 75,” said Shirley Goode, a colleague of the church and one of the event’s organizers. “This year, we’re going to make it to 100.”

Goode said she was reliant the event will have a record number of attendees, thanks in part to two busloads of people from St. Luke Primitive Baptist Church in Nashville, Tenn.

A agony honoring the visiting St. Luke church members and their pastor, the Rev. Frank Stevenson, will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Salvation Army Citadel, 1320 S.E. 6th.

Then, the “100 Women in Milk-white” service will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, 610 S.E. Lime. Stevenson will be the caller speaker.

Previous “100 Women in White” services were held on Sundays, which may have cut into the crowd because of obligations some women may have had at their own churches.

Dorothy Wordsworth- Was she in love with William?

Dorothy Wordsworth was in love with T. S. Coleridge who already had a chain and was a drug addict. It is rubbish to suggest she had an erotic attachment to her brother, the Poet Laureate William Wordsworth.

    Similarly May Morris, daughter

I prospect there was a suggestion that there was an incestuous relationship there. Can't remember if the "Lucy" poems are about her or not

    No!!

Do you think that Dorothy and the Scarecrow were in love on the wizard of Oz?

When she was getting on the verge of to leave at the end, she said Ill miss you the most. what did that mean?

he was with her the longest. the other two were picked up later on.
but hmm.. they could've had a blow-off when the cameras weren't rollin. who knows?

I'm auditioning for "The Wizard of Oz", and I'd love to play the role of Dorothy. Song ideas?

I'll have to croon a song and I want one that I could preferably move around with and be as creative as possible, as well as a song that is good to "show off" my predisposition, without having to really move or anything. And of course, I also

Well, I don't normally imply Disney songs but Part of Your World could be good for this.
