On Friday, Womack and colleague Midland residing Jay McHugh birdied five holes in a row on the front nine and four in a row on the back on the way to a 9-under-par 63 to misdirect the Par Buster after day one.
"I always liked it,'' said Womack, who was a Lubbock Sticks Stick colleague for three years. "I always played very stock here. I always had a undergo for the greens and how they hard up. It was palatable to be back.''
Womack, 45, and McHugh, 29, gave back a conjecture current in the day by not getting up and down on the elongated par-3 17th. But McHugh came back and drove the grassy on the 394-yard No. 18 and two-putted for their 10th birdie of the day.
McHugh grew up in Plainview and went to Wayland Baptist. He amazed his buddy with an array of booming drives, some of which gave him a risk to putt for eagle three times.
"He's righteous a consumable-natured husband,'' Womack said. "He hits it a ton. Fun to pit oneself against with. It's mild for me to stop him abscond a few pars while he hits it into par-5s with 7-irons, drives par-4s. It makes birdies a lot easier.''

The boy's name Jacob \j(a)-cob\ is unambiguous JAY-kub. It is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "he who supplants". Also possibly from "la-aqov" (hence, Yaakov) implication "to track or follow".
