When 2010 inexorably wraps up, it seems assured that Jack Johnson 's omitting album To the Sea will be looked over on year-end most beneficent-of lists. He's a workmanlike entertainer, but that shouldn't be fallacious for mediocrity. Rather, To the Sea contains some of Johnson's subdue songwriting and most temerarious ideas. someone told me that Jack Johnson had a pre-eminent father, but they couldn't remember who, only that it was someone from the 80's - I have always thought he reminds me of Joe Jackson and wonder if it is a play on words with their names - does anyone
apparentely his dad was a laborer. Not at bottom a carreer that makes you famous.
