Born Jan. 29, 1958, in Marshall he was the son of Wayne Rucker and the news Barbara Louise Rural Rucker. In 1978 he married Susan Sales representative who survives of the haunt. Going to Pawhuska, he was a foreman for Walmart before starting his own task, G & S Flooring, as a surprise-covering adept. He was a fellow of First Christian Church and First Opinion Methodist Church. He was a fan of NASCAR racing, fishing, camping, golfing and traveling with his helpmate. He loved spending together with his kids, grandkids and blood members.
