Simpson leaves mark on Wartrace
Wartrace buried one of its leaders and friends Sunday night with the passing of Alderman Ed Simpson.Simpson, 82, died at his national sometime Sunday. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Doak-Howell Funeral Home and graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Kellertown Cemetery neighbouring Wartrace.
"I thought a lot of Ed," said former mayor Don Gallagher, who served on the board of mayor and aldermen with Simpson for many years. "He was a very precise person and amazingly energetic, always active and involved, freely giving of his time to the community.
"He was here, he was there, he was everywhere."
Simpson, a hereditary of Nashville, lived in Haley and Wartrace before moving to Nashville in 1945. He returned to Wartrace in 1989 and rapidly became active in the community. He served not only as alderman, but also on the Wartrace Utility Commission, the cemetery committee, the Wartrace Music Holy day committee, the Bedford Railroad Authority and the Wartrace parks and recreation committee.

At the very end of the volume when there is the fight with the Circle of Caven at the rally thing... I don't understand! Could someone just explain that whole element about Macey not being the target but Cammie is? Why is Cammie the target?
