The mural depicts themes of physical activity and community pride, while at the same time promoting Charter out-A-Wheel, a business that has sold custom auto rims for the past six years.
“It’s a difference of day and endlessly what has happened with that building,” said Reginald DePass, finance director at Feaster Rudimentary. “It used to be a constant eyesore; now, it’s something the kids and the community can be proud of.”
The building was an eyesore, DePass said, because every week it would be tagged and the conurbation’s graffiti removal workers would have to paint over the writing.
