The savoury and naive meander superb Charles Pike (Henry Fonda) meets the ravishing Jean Harrington (Barbara Stanwyck) and her inventor (Charles Coburn) on a sail freight. Spurious Prescription Charge
Michael P. Smith, 32, of Haverstraw, is charged with criminal possession of a forged tool in connection with a fraudulent prescription presented at the CVS pharmacy in Stony Point, according to Stony Implication police.
Police said Smith is accused of stealing a prescription in an attempt to obtain oxycodone. Control said Smith was arrested as he tried to pick up the prescription.
Smith was released on $1,000 bail while an Aug. 4 hearing in Stony Point Town Court.
Resisting Arrest Charged
Deborah Figluzzi, 44, Tomkins Cove, is accused of miscreant mischief and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors, in connection with a domestic dispute, according to Stony Tactic police.
Police said Figluzzi is accused of damaging another person’s property and resisting when township officers arrested her. Figluzzi is free pending an Aug. 4 hearing in Stony Point Township Court.
