Dear Oliver | From the Beginning …

Dear Oliver,

Last Thursday you turned six months old. It is entirely preposterous how much you have grown and changed in this over and done with half-year.

You still have the same smart, stupendous chocolate-colored eyes, but your palatable mane has turned from iniquitous to brown. You still grin all the prematurely, but your once gummy grin now reveals a frightening tally of emerging pearl-like whites.

You are sitting up all on your own, but you file to be on your tummy, showing off your fabulous uppermost-portion pluck by doing planks and thrust-ups … over and over and over again. You invest a lot of circumstance up on all fours, and are so, so reticent to figuring out this whole crawling duty. Mommy and Daddy are still in disavowal though, as evidenced by the want of baby gates and other indicia of accurate juvenile-proofing in our residency.

Your favorite “people” are your furry brothers. Your veneer lights up and you squeal with gratify whenever Max or Zak enters your train of glom. • The Big Interview: 'Beginners' director Mike Mills

You could call him an alt-urbanity Renaissance man. A former semi-professional skateboarder, Mike Mills has designed record sleeves for the Beastie Boys and Sonic Demoiselle . He's directed videos for Pulp and Yoko Ono , and shot Air on tour. He's worked with fashion designer Marc Jacobs .

And he has seen his exact work exhibited in Paris , Milan and New York. Not to be confused with the REM bass player -- though he did wager in the short-lived band Butter O8 -- it seems everything he touches turns to cool.

Such was his reputation, his coming out feature, 2005's Thumbsucker, drew in such diverse talents as Keanu Reeves and Tilda Swinton , while its juvenile star Lou Pucci won a Special Jury prize at Sundance and a Silver Bear for Best Actor in Berlin for his drudgery.

Now 52, he sounds like he should be on the cover of Dazed and Confused or the subject of a retrospective at New York's Museum of Up to date Art -- and I haven't even mentioned the fact that he's married to novelist/filmmaker Miranda July.

I take it you hate math too.
    182/7 = 26
    380/7 = 54 r 2

I've never study either of those books. Oliver Twist is a classic. An orphan is abused and mistreated in an orphanage, escapes and hooks up with a clique of child criminals.

Counting today up until next Wednesday continuously (7 days)you will have to read:

26 pages per day for Dear America

    or

55 pages per day for Oliver Twist

In Oliver Twist, how did Nancy(Bill Sikes's girlfriend) meet Oliver?

There was a part in Oliver Angle where Oliver was walking along and then he heard Nancy screaming..."Oh, my dear, I've found him! I've found him!Come home, dear, come current in..."<~~~~ Did oliver live in her house? Was he lost?

No. Oliver ran away. Nancy met him through Fagin. She works for him and Bill. This talk takes place when she goes to look after Oliver. She pretends she is his sister or his mom as to not attract attention. By doing this, she can lay hold of him away

Jamie Oliver at home??? (Bit like Ann Summers but with Frying pans I guess)?

    Dear all,

    Thanks in Proceed

    Andy

    About this book
October passed out and the dull days of November and December dragged by. The world shook with the thunder of contending armies; Antwerp hew down --Turkey declared war--gallant little Serbia gathered herself together and struck a deadly blow at her despot; and in quiet, hill-girdled Glen St. Mary, thousands of miles away, hearts spent with hope and fear over the varying dispatches from day to day.
