Stephen Tompkinson stars in recondite thriller DCI Banks: Aftermath. In the two-part run he plays Detective Chief Inspector Alan Banks, a troubled workaholic who has moved to Yorkshire from London, only to find his job pushing him to his limits.
DCI Banks investigates the most abstruse wrapper of his craft, involving the conception of four bodies, a comatose serial rapist and the search for a missing young lady.
