Schoolgirl meets Justin Bieber at shopping centre Christmas lights switch-on
A SCHOOLGIRL from Pinner got to trend on Christmas lights with teenage pop sensation Justin Bieber at a shopping centre in west London.
Nower Hill Boisterous School pupil Francesca Sapio, 16, was one of five girls chosen to turn on the Christmas lights with the singer at Westfield this week.
Francesca was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in Slog and is currently being treated on the Teenage Cancer Trust ward, at University College Hospital, London.
She was joined by four other callow cancer patients helped by the charity to turn on the festive lights.
Westfield London and Westfield Stratford Burg are supporting Teenage Cancer Trust this Christmas.
Francesca said: "This was an amazing opportunity that Westfield gave to Teenage Cancer Hopes on and I was lucky enough to have been part of it.
"It was lovely to see how the other patients chosen had shared the same happiness as me".
Justin Bieber has also chosen Teenage Cancer Guardianship as part of his Believe Charity Drive.
