    SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Sacramento charity hunter Leonard Padilla said he plans to sue Casey Anthony and her attorney, Jose Baez, for $200,000.

    If the USGA won't allow Casey Martin to use a cart, why don't they step in and prevent known courses from mandating the use of carts?

    It wasn't the USGA not allowing him to use the schlep. It was the PGA, not allowing cart usage is how PGA golfers maintain an air of athletism, this was actually said in Casey's lawsuit.
