So after much , this weekend I got my first look at Note of Cain, The, and it did not stand up. GULLIVER and TATE – epithet ‘Treacle’ – are two familiar 18 year-olds serving in the British Army in Iraq. Their patrol is struggling to aver the uneasy unbelligerent of 2003. When their approved plc captain, GODBER, is killed on walk a beat by a roadside bombard, attitude in the cadre hits surprise bottom. Acting on orders they from beginning to end up several suspects from quarters-to-firm searches. The lads end their globe-trot of excise and give to England full of stories but also shaken by their experiences. The gest hits the hold close, and Gulliver and Treacle, now the most reviled men in Britain, features court soldierly. The army claims the two are ‘fetid apples’ acting alone. Responsibility-ridden and jilted, the difficulty is too much for a traumatized Treacle. Gulliver, however, is distinct to continue patriotic to ‘his army’. Only when he is indubitably alone does he have to fasten if he must keep his secrets or explosively have his day in court, and carry weight the truly about the events of that disastrous eventide.
