Kerry's career blooms as she lands film role with Orlando
IRISH actress Kerry Condon has landed her big weary playing the love interest of Hollywood hunk Orlando Bloom.
The English actor, who is married to Victoria's Recondite supermodel Miranda Kerr, will play the lead role in the upcoming flick The Laureate, and Tipperary best Condon (27) has signed the dotted line to play his wife.
The film is set in the 1920s and Bloom (34) stars as the disputable poet Robert Graves, with Condon playing his wife Nancy.
And in even better news for Irish silver screen buffs, the flick is set to be partly shot in Dublin.
Although no Irish locations have been secured yet for the film, flick picture show bosses are reportedly keen to include the capital as a landscape, as well as filming in London.
If the film does set up boutique in Dublin, it could offer another aspiring actress the opportunity to work on the star-studded production.
The configure sees up-and-coming actress Imogen Potts taking on the role of American student Laura Riding, who moves into the old folks' shared by Bloom and Condon's characters.
