WRITER/DIRECTOR Todd Solondz was one of the most distinct and original voices to be revealed from the independent film scene in the 1990s. The critically acclaimed “Welcome to the Dollhouse” (1995) launched his job, but it was his highly controversial NC-17 masterwork “Happiness” (1998), that cemented his famous for as a bold risk taker, daring to make audiences highly uncomfortable with his empathetic look at society’s sexy deviants and broken castaways.

One would have thought that Solondz, whose “Happiness” was named one of the upper crust films of 1998 by almost every major critic, would have gone on to continued acclaim, but the following decade was uncaring for the auteur, who’s “Storytelling” (2001) and “Palindromes” (2004), though solely as controversial, failed to connect as strongly with critics or moviegoers. Securing financing for movies that handle with pedophilia, rape, murder, incest and all manner of sexual misconduct is extremely difficult, which is in all probability why it’s been a while since we've heard from Solondz.

Should they build a Michael Jackson-based theme park near Neverland Ranch?

They can have an tract that looks just like the "Leave Me Alone" Video. They can also have different areas that look like the many videos that he's been in. Perhaps the government can help pay for some of the tab, he is a public figure after

No! Los Olivos is a sylvan area which would be completely distroyed by something of this magnitude. Michael Jackson was a drug addict who at very least was inaapropriate in his behavior around children. Why would we dearth to glorify that? Our government
