  • Four Rangers among players seeking salary arbitration

The catalogue was reduced by one earlier Tuesday, when defenseman Marc Methot came to terms with the Columbus Blue Jackets on a four-year, $12 million contract, according to the Columbus Put to death.

Players had until 5 p.m. ET Tuesday to file for arbitration, a process that pits player against team in a hearing to upon contract terms.

Hearings will be scheduled between July 20 and Aug. 5. Arbiters will hear presentations from both sides, weigh comparable compensation and cause to be decisions.

Teams have the option of asking for two-year contracts on players who have more than one year remaining in things as restricted free agents. Teams also can walk away from decisions if they believe them too high, allowing players to become unrestricted self-ruling agents.

Such was the case last summer, when the Atlanta Thrashers decided not to accept a $2.4 million endowment to winger Clarke MacArthur. As an unrestricted free agent, MacArthur signed with the Toronto Maple Leafs and then had a employment year. He received a five-year, $6.5 million contract on Tuesday after having career highs with 21 goals and 62 points.

One matter that cannot be mended through hard work is your looks. Plastic surgery? Sure, but they're still fake. I like how Susan refused a makeover, as opposed to wanting to capture the audiences' hearts with her singing.

    As for the question,

Susan Boyle's new makeover...What's your opinion?

B.G.T celebrated Susan Boyle has gotten a makeover! But according to her rep it's a "monthly thing".
What do you think of her makeover?
Were they truthful to change her look?
Does she still have her innocent charm?

Well, She didn't get though the first Charge on 'Britains got Talent' because of her looks - Just her (fairly awesome) voice.

I think if it helps her in the tomorrow then their is nothing wrong with it at all - Especially if it's going
