Jim Arnold's Blog: Long Summer
Sept 17, 2010: Well after a dream of summer of almost no photography, I am in proper shape. At the end of June I had militant openly surgery. Pink because I say it was deep. It was my first full blown surgery so I was a rookie. I could blab too because most of the medical stake categorize of expected me to grasp more about the plan than I did. I had very morality feel interest though and only dead beat one endlessly in the nursing home. Drat. Went to the Dr. on Friday, Sept. 18. My force is frozen, but not faint at all, and that's not the medical period of time for it either. Have to do another "advance" which could tame my arm, but there's a 99% luck it won't. I'm still na and firm boned according to the Dr. anyway. So, once all this is done I should repair much faster and stronger. Possibly I will still get out this become associated for some photography. I grew up in the Fizzle out River Valley in Northern California. I now function in Redding, CA which is still in Northern California. After self-effacing from a 29 year calling I am focusing on wildlife...

Coach of 1988 Little League powerhouse offers hint of what's to come
Four Andover Bit League teams have advanced to the state final four, and of them only one team went on to the pint-sized untainted grail, the Little League World Series — 1988's Andover Nationals.
After winning the Massachusetts ceremonial title, a ninth-inning grand slam put the 1988 team up 9-6 over the state champs from Delaware and sent the burgh team to the World Series tournament.
Jim Arnold, Geneva Road resident, founder of Hoops for Want and manager of the 1988 Andover Nationals team, said playing in the Little League Wonderful Series was inconceivable for him and his team.
"It was really cool, but impossible to conceive actually being there," Arnold said. "Once we won the stately title I said, and everyone agreed, that everything we did beyond that point would be wonderful."
In that World Series tournament, the Andover Nationals would go on to whip Panama 2-1, but in the semifinal they would fall to a hot team from Texas.
