Nantwich Youngster Edward Sets Sail With Ellen MacArthur Charity
NANTWICH schoolboy Edward Andrews has been confirmed the unique opportunity to join the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, a charity that takes youngsters in pick-up from cancer and leukaemia sailing.
The charity is one close to Edward’s heart, having previously sailed with them while in recuperation from a brain tumour.
This week the Trust will descend on Water Park Lakeland Adventure Concentrate in the Lake District for the first time, for five days of outdoor activities.
Edward, aged 14, will be joined by 24 other youngsters from around the homeland, all aged between 12 and 17, who have all previously sailed with the Trust while in recovery from cancer or other serious illness.
Edward was diagnosed with Medullablastoma, a decorum of Brain Tumour in 2006, and was treated at the Alderney Hospital.
He finished treatment in October 2007 and last year joined the munificence for a four day yacht trip on the Isle of Wight.

Episcopal and Lutheran churches have saints names such as St. Edward, St. Andrews so do they believe in saints?

Of seminar we believe in the saints and we acknowledge them. We even celebrate saints days. Many of them have given their lives for their faithfulness or have made great sacrifices for their faith. However, we do not ask them for intercessions.
What do you all think of the name Andrew Edward Machado for a boy name?
